Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026

Using Onsite

By creating an account or using Onsite you agree to these terms. Onsite is a tool for creators and brands to track activation content items, review drafts and report post performance. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement, provide accurate information, and keep your sign-in secure.

Your content

You own the photos, videos, captions and notes you upload. You give Onsite permission to store and process them to provide the service, and to show them to the brands you choose to share an activation with. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for following the rules of any platform you post to.

Connected accounts and posting

  • Connecting Instagram or TikTok is optional. You can disconnect at any time.
  • Onsite posts to Instagram, or sends a video to your TikTok inbox, only after you confirm each post. Posts you make are subject to Instagram’s and TikTok’s own terms and limits, and those platforms may change or refuse a request.
  • Performance numbers come from the platforms and may be delayed, incomplete or revised. They are provided for reporting convenience and are not guaranteed.

Subscriptions

Creating activations is currently available to every Onsite account. Plans, prices and billing, when they apply, will be described on the pricing page and in your account. Team and seat billing is handled on the web.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content or conduct.
  • No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, or to access another person’s data.
  • No automated scraping of Onsite or the platforms through Onsite.

We may suspend access that violates these terms or puts others at risk.

Availability and liability

Onsite is provided as is, without warranties. We work to keep it available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, Onsite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the date above; continuing to use Onsite after a change means you accept it. Questions: contact us through the Onsite app. See also our Privacy Policy.
